The Beanscene is next to the Battlefield Rest at 110 Battlefield Rd .When you enter the Beanscene the first thing you would see is the counter where you would order your food or drink. Teenagers can go to the Beanscene as well. You can either sit inside or take your order outside. You can either sit in with your family or friends. If you decide to sit inside most of the seats are next to the window where you watch what’s happening outside or watch the T.V at the top of left hand side of the entrance.

Battlefield Rest History

The “Battlefield Rest” used to be a tram station and a newsagent. In 1990s the Glasgow City Council wanted to demolish the building because it was unsafe but over 1500 people signed a petition to prevent the demolition. Now it is a popular Italian restaurant.
